MTN bike

These photos have a greater purpose than pleasure (tell you more about that later), but let me tell you, it felt like fun the whole time. Big shout out to brother (okay not really, but basically), Nathan. He is a great athlete and didn't mind hiking the trails backwards with me and my camera gear. Cheers to a great day, photos, bikes, and friends!

Fall Family

Its that time again, Fall! Time for family photos with beautiful falling leaves for those Christmas cards, that are sneaking up on the calendar. I was lucky enough to have some of my own family for my first set of family photos for the "season" and I must say it went well. Always a joy to send time with other Stanfords'. Enjoy the preview Graham and Ann, and for the rest of you... get booking! :)

Ken & Megan - wedding

Meet Ken & Megan, the newest newly weds I know, married last Saturday. I know what you are thinking, a sneak peek already? Yes. I couldn't help myself, these two had the best lighting, photogenic smiles, and a lush green summer backdrop, I mean really, what else could have I wanted here? It was perfect, not only for me, but for the couple, they were all smiles and giggles, even when little bugs were creeping up Megan's dress she kept her cool. Over all, fabulous couple, and a wonderful day. I am so glad I was chosen to share it when them. Wishing you two all the best!

Check back soon for an online storefront with the entire album.

And then there were two...

That is what I like to call two timing! This little sneak includes photos from both the dinner following the wedding ceremony and the reception the following night in Calgary. There were tons and tons of photos of family and friends, so many that the ones that stood out were the details, ohh yes and blame it on my obsession for details. What a wonderful evening, so wonderful they had two! A final congratulations to Cassi & Jordan. Enjoy your album and storefront to come!

In the mean time, don't forget to view photos from Cassi & Jordan's  "Formals Before" and/or their "Temple Wedding Day"

Temple Formals - J&C

Jordan & Cassi from the post "The Formals Before" are now happily married and I have the photos to prove it! They had an afternoon wedding in Cardston, AB at the Temple, if you haven't been there, its well worth the drive, what a beautiful building. Despite the blazing 35 degree Celsius weather... it was a great shoot. Everyone put on their best smiles and I was able to enjoy shooting and meeting both family & friends of the bride and groom. Cassi & Jordan later had a dinner in Cardston for family & friends that attended the temple that day, and the following night had a reception in Calgary. Check back soon for a peek at both of these events in celebration of their marriage.
